could not disagree more with that quote. Good design is never rushed and should not be cheap. You get what you pay for. Striving for all 3 is impossible. Check out this diagram:

So glad you commented... because I constantly go back and forth between which side I stand on: "pick two" (the original) or "strive for all three.' I agree that good design should not be rushed, but unfortunately that's the world we live in, so I've come to the realization that I need to strive for all three, although not ideal.
