I've talked about it before, my love for peanut butter and chocolate, such a delicious combination. I've had chocolate frosting in my freezer for a long time, longer than I am going to admit in public... anyway, yesterday I stumbled upon the perfect candidate to use it up, Peanut Butter Cupcakes. Tastes just like a Reeses Peanut Butter cup. Yum.
btw, this is the rich chocolate frosting recipe that I used and it keeps very well in the freezer!
